APPEAL FOR DONATION
Shri Raghavendraswamy "Vrindavan", consecrated with sacred soil i.e. a "Mrithika" having been brought from Mantralaya with all religious formalities was established on 23/04/1978 under the aegis of Sri Raghavendraswamy Mission, Indiranagar Bangalore.
Shri Raghavendra Swamy the Vaishnava Saint of 16th century joined the Almighty on Friday August 1671 on Shravana Bahula Bidige.. It has been since then the regular piligrimage by all sections of religious discipline assemble in the month of Shravana where three days of "aradhana" of a Vaishnava saint is celebrated.
We have a Parimala Kalyana Mantapa attached to the Main Matha where holy Vrindavan is worshipped. "Parimala" is a sacred commentary written by Raghavendra Swamiji on great Madhwa's original books. The name Parimala has a sacred aura of significance, since all his books are known as "Parimala."
The Committee of Trustees has decided to undertake some renovation to Parimala Kalyana Mantapa so as to provide better facilities and amenities and also expand the space and provide separate rooms for those who use the accommodation for various purposes. To provide better facilities for Senior citizen it is proposed to install a lift for their convenience. We feel that the present resources at our disposal are not adequate to meet the escalation of cost which is estimated to be Rs.1 crore.
We, therefore, earnestly appeal to all bhaktas to contribute their mite, however small it be which we receive with gratitude.
We have opened a separate A/c 130101010001250 at Vijaya Bank Indiranagar, Bangalore . We have also kept a separate Hundi for the purpose in the premises. Donations can also be paid online to the above mentioned account number. IFSC/NEFT CODE is VIJB0001301 and MICR is 560029010.
